Lakeside Landings

I was toured around Lakeside Landings and the community center. Looks like a great place to live but, there are a lot hidden HOA fees, make sure you look at everything before you buy. If you are interested in buying in on this gated community, keep checking, the real estate agents aren't going to help you.

I have been to several of the gated communities in the Lady lake village area. If we were to move to the lady lake area, this would be the gated community we would move into. This was a fantastic experience. The people that we met were all wonderful. The clubhouse has a very affordable bar and was having a party for the community members. The neighborhood is kept incredibly well maintained and there is gated entrances that stay locked at all times. They have call boxes for guests to contact who they are visiting to be buzzed in. And this has to be one of the best pools I have seen in any of the gated communities. Follow us for more great reviews ™

Lakeside Landings is a beautiful community for folks with an active lifestyle near Wildwood, Fl. They have homes with different floor plans and they are beautifully landscaped. They have lots of amenities and a gorgeous pool with a fountain. I have family that I visit at Lakeside Landings and it feels like a safe and friendly community.

Stay AWAY !!! Management and builder only make excuses for the poor and inferior quality of the houses they are trying to push on customers. These are only a few things, there are many many more problems to long to list. DO NOT TRUST THEM , THEY SMILE AND WILL TAKE YOU FOR STUPID.

The gate is always broken and they do nothing to get it fixed, bad management. We have lived here for 2 years, and the gate is always open, except for short periods of time.
