The home is well built. The builder was always courteous and helpful. Buying the home was a breeze. So happy with my home and the experience I wanted to help others enjoy the location, the amenities including the saltwater pool and fitness center that I became a realtor just for that. This is an amazing neighborhood that is quiet and private. Very close to The Villages but no crowds and golf cart paths. Beautiful Grand Oaks Club House and pool. We will be buying or building a home this year. Richard and Anne

This place is a hidden gem in Oxford. It's close to the villages but doesn't pack the heavy CDD or side by side neighbors. The homes here very in size and style to fit anyone's needs and the sales staff are friendly and willing to work with you. If you're looking for a home near the villages but don't want the negatives that come with living in the villages, you need to see Grand Oaks Manor.

Beautiful is the word... house plans are good, constructions is solid, property managers are nice and always ready to help, Club house is spacious and nice. You should definitely check it out.

We toured the models and they are very well done. Nice unique homes in a good location for those who work in The Villages, especially.
