Lakeside Hamlet, Luxury Townhomes and Apartments

I moved into this property formally know as Crystal Lake Apartments. The current state of things is there is no maintenance or management ever available due to being in middle of reconstruction under new ownership. I understood that going in, but the following are the issues that could have been easily resolved with communication. I went without a mailbox for 2 months and when they finally set up one they never provided a key. I have mail locked in a mailbox that I need. I have no access to and management just refuses to even message back to provide a key. The site and the units they are advertising have a Dishwasher included and on our move in date we had to take another unit due to flooding of the one they set aside (flooding seems to happen frequently here). I live behind the apartments they have trees hanging over the fence on to my shed took pictures and showed them and lady said she would tell the owner BUT NOTHING AS OF YET !!! NEED TO HAVE A YARD CREW COME IN . IT'S BAD AND I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD WHO HAS THIS PROBLEM WITH THEM NOT THE WAY TO RUN A APARTMENT COMPLEX 🤔
