We’re moving from California to Arizona this January, and after touring many places in Phoenix, Lakeside Drive Apartments became our clear choice. Rebecca’s warm and professional tour made all the difference — she truly helped us find a place that feels like home. The welcoming experience and thoughtful move-in offer made our decision even easier. Can’t wait to move in soon!

Absolutely love Lakeside Drive Apartments. Dewayne and Rebecca took great care of us from the start. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The team truly makes it feel like home through the pride they exhibit. The property is well maintained and any issues are quickly resolved. The location is perfect with walkability to downtown Tempe and all it has to offer. We can't imagine living anywhere else.

Pros: The location is great, and the apartment itself is very nice. Everything was clean when I moved in, which I appreciated. Cons: Unfortunately, there are major issues. Trash in the hallways constantly leaves unpleasant smells. The noise level is also a big problem—my next door neighbor randomly yells at all hours, and the management was not helpful when I tried to address it. My post about the yelling was denied on the community page, yet other complaints (like about barking dogs) are allowed, even if they're not confirmed to be from our complex. When I finally identified the neighbor responsible for yelling, management just told me to talk to them myself and did not take further action. No words to describe how much I love Lakeside Drive Apartments. The management (Dewayne and Rebecca and Angel) and maintenance team (shout out to Alex), the community of amazing residents, and the value on enjoying life to the fullest. It's a gem! We've been here about 8 months and have no concerns. It's safe, secure, beautiful and our home!
