Lakeside Closing Service LLC

I did not have the positive results others have had. I did the paperwork for Lakeside Closing Service to sell my timeshare and a year later "NOTHING". When I called or emailed (Keri Locke) I basically got the run around for over a year now. I sent in all the paperwork April 24 2024 and a year later I am still waiting to hear. The excuse I was given was they were waiting on the initial estoppel report. Also I was told the resort wasn't a very popular resort so it is harder to get rid of it. It is a very nice Hyatt resort, really? Beware of having to pay a closing company/selling service before the actual work is done. I lost $1300. Maybe this company is better at helping people get places but not into selling your properties.

I wanted a very popular timeshare. I asked Jon to keep an eye out for me. Even though it was a highly sought after resort, he was able to find me an amazing deal. He handled all of the transaction. I couldn't have been more pleased. I most highly recommend Lakeside Closing.

Took my money did not complete the promised results, $1600 wasted money!

Very satisfied with the results of going with this company. The staff was really polite and did not get frustrated with me from all the questions that i had. Would rate 10 star if possible!
