Katina was amazing! She was very helpful! She made sure we had a great experience and gave us a great tour!

I would like to say that I was a prospect looking for a new apartment and then when I called, they could give me no adequate information or explain their property or tell me any of their amenities not to mention they were very course and rude through the process, which put me off as to even wanting to schedule a tour. It is a shame that such a beautiful complex is being ran into the ground and not ran adequately or appropriately. Not to mention, a woman named Katina or whatever it was was extremely rude and acted like she didn’t even want my business and that they didn’t need any new renters. I would stare very far away from here and especially the management company that runs it.

They are the crooked and do not live here!!!!! My kid’s mom’s apartment wasn’t ready when they moved in with nasty torn carpet that reeked of dog urine and she kept reporting it the crooked manager at that time kept telling me she documented it but lied and when she moved out She did a deep move out clean and they took my full security deposit and wants more but in all she is owed money and even corporate refused to listen and fix this mistake!!! They lived in deplorable conditions til corporate stepped in with messed up front door no ac for 10 months and leaks. Her dogs never used bathroom in apartment only outside. Lakeside Apartments are crooked and even section 8 attempted after she complained to corporate it refused to step in. Their family were done dirty!!!! Never had any write ups

My air conditioner was not working properly. I put in an order and it was fixed before the end of the day. Thank you so much for the fast service.
