Lakeside Apartments

I lived here for 5 years, was great until i transferred to the townhomes. People are always in your business, no privacy. Also no place for kids to play. Its basically parking lot with a strip of grass. Management is great though, very prompt responses. Also clean .

Lived here for almost 2 years (moved October 2022) Maintenance guy Jim was my favorite and I miss my neighbors A LOT. My new place is not the same type of community, so if you want neighbors who never get together in our community spaces and management no where in site- then come to alo apartments, downtown Buffalo:) Love you Lakeside. The location is also great if you like nature like I do.

Recommendable! I have rental history with many complexes and without doubt this place is in the top 3. As with any complex you live in, you will be subjected to the problem tenants (complainers, busy bodies), but the building, unit, ammenities, manager, maintenance, corporate office, etc are great and far supersede many places in and around the area.

I like it here because it's quiet
