Evergreen Square Apartments

What a Joke. Keep raising rent, stay away this place is a scam. Just renewed month to month in November and now February they are raising the rent again.. Marginal complex at best. I will be calling before I do any more renewals..

I never had any issues except when it came time to move out. Property manager is claiming I "skipped out" when her boss told me that she had someone ready for feb 1 move in. I kept my keys waiting to do a walk Thru with her and she never got back to me then left me a voicemail stating all I needed to do was put the keys in the rent box and I would recieve my deposit. Now she has made it impossible for me to rent anywhere else because I supposably owe them money, mind you they kept my deposit, but I have never recieved a single receipt or proof of any of this. I am in the process of a civil suit against them, just wanted to make sure no one else gets in this situation.

Property management doesn't take care of their structure. Mice chewed their way into our garage and ruined our things in there. Property management blamed us for this and then called us stupid for leaving our things in the garage. HORRIBLE customer server. I would stay as far away as possible from these people as they don't fix anything, treat their Tennents with no respect, and just want your money.

Love the apartment and the manager is awesome! She makes sure things are done on time or she keeps us updated if things need to be delayed.. Would recommend these apartments to everyone!

Property isn’t kept up and property manager is damn near unreachable. Nobody really bothers anyone else. Everybody seems friendly. Units are fine.
