Lakeside 121

One of the only places I've really enjoyed living at as an adult. Management is considerate and communicates well. The landscapers do a great job and the place is always clean. Very quiet as well. Even though it's next to 121, it's shielded by 2 giant warehouses that keep noise out. Highly recommend living here!

From my very first tour to move-in day, the leasing office has been exceptional. The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly organized. They made the entire process stress-free and have continued to provide excellent support. This is a team that takes pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Highly recommended.

I've lived here at Lakeside 121 for many years, in a couple different units. the office staff is always extremely friendly. And the maintenance crew is professional. I've never had a problem here. And if I did, it was taking care of immediately, I highly recommend. If you're looking for an apartment home to consider Lakeside 121.

Moved to this apartment back in 2019. We loved this community so we extended the lease for 2020 as well. The leasing process was very smooth and Debbie was so kind in explaining all the amenities and options available for renting. The community has lot of great facilies like gym, car wash, laundry and dryer, swimming pool. The leasing office is very luxurious and has billiards and printing facilities. The management is very kind to the residents and the maintenance work orders are handled within a day. Definitely recommend this community to have a peaceful living. I would love to stay here as long as I am in Dallas!! Cheers!!

I moved to Lakeside 121 a year and half ago because my office is very close from here. Initially, I was living my roommates here but since the apartment was so nice I preferred to stay in Lakeside 121 even after I got married. My experience living here has been amazing. The professionalism of the office staff and maintenance staff is commendable. Apartment Manager Debbie is helpful and always greets you with a smile no matter what the concern is. The amenities are good I specially like the car washing facility. Gym and equipment are always clean and well maintained. Lake Lewisville is so close that you can go for a jog there which I love the most. In short a great place to stay.
