Lakeshore Village

Some of the most beautiful condos in Lexington. The village backs up to the Lake Fontaine reservoir with lakeside deck seating. Absolutely stunning views and architecture. The village is consistently being renovated and improved from its 1970s design.

I have liked living here... one of my neighbors is super nice. It's close to the little lake. They are built well so you don't hear your neighbors. My landlord is awesome. The hoa is a little intrusive. Make that a lot intrusive. Other than that it's okay.

Place is Racist treats black residents unfair I witnessed white residents gang up and harass black family fishing who lived there longer than any white person harassing them and threatening to call the police the black residents had to show his ID and prove he was a resident while no other white person on the property was asked for id

My husband and I have lived in Lakeshore Village for 20 years. You won't find a more peaceful place to live. We love to take walks down to the lake and look for the blue herons. Also, it's just a bit within New Circle Road, so it's easy to get anywhere in Lexington. My husband worked at UK before he retired, and it took him 10 minutes to get to work. All our neighbors are kind and friendly people. And the management is top-notch.
