We dropped by an open house and met Kristine Phillips, our now favorite realtor EVER! We didn't purchase this open house but she sold our house in only 10 days and assisted in the purchase of our new 55+ home. It was fast, furious and Kristine was the consumate professional.

Beware-this agency lacks business ethics and good morals. I was the purchaser of a home they listed and they made my buying experience absolutely miserable and ultimately cost me thousands of dollars! The seller whom they "represented" also had a horrible selling experience thanks to their lack of representation and pure negligence. Shannon Frank should not be a realtor! There are plenty of great realtors and brokers in this area, choose wisely.

What an awesome place!!! A boutique real estate office with tons of knowledge!!! This office takes care of their clients before, during, and after finding you your forever home. Highly recommend!!
