Lakeshore Place

I recently toured a 3-bedroom and it was the perfect fit for me and my two roommates. The layout offered plenty of space for all of us, with a great balance of shared living areas and private bedrooms. We never felt cramped, and it truly felt like a place we could comfortably call home. The pricing was also within our budget, which made the decision even easier. It’s not always easy to find something that checks all the boxes, but this one definitely did. As soon as we left, we were so excited about it that we submitted our application right away. We’re looking forward to making it our new home!

It has now been another week since management publicly replied saying they would address the electricity issue immediately. We were specifically told someone would come last Monday — and once again, no one showed up. No follow-up. No communication. Nothing. We have been living without power in the bedrooms for over a month. This is not a minor inconvenience — this is a basic living necessity. Repeated promises with zero action only make the situation worse. Apologies in replies mean nothing if there is no actual resolution. Tenants deserve electricity, professionalism, and accountability — not empty assurances. Very disappointed in how this is being handled.

I lived here with my parents when I was a kid, it was nice and well managed then. So I set up an appointment to view an apartment and was wanting to sign a lease as soon as possible. I show up early, the manger calls to make sure I'm coming, I tell her I'm in the parking lot, she said to wait 15 minutes, so I wait. I go into the building where the leasing office is and it is trashed. Open mail boxes, paper and trash everywhere, a small trash can over filled with old food that smells awful, the carpet is disgusting. She's not there, so I go back out to my car and finish a call, she calls me and I miss it, I immediately try to call back, no answer, by this time it's my appointment time, so I go back in. No one there still. I call several more times, voicemail isn't even set up. So I don't ge

The community is close to everything while still having a peaceful feel, surrounded by a nice neighborhood. The secured entry doors are a great bonus that really add to the sense of safety. Both the unit and the property are very well maintained. Zero complaints — and Sara is a wonderful person who’s always there to help with any questions!

I am currently residing at 2815 Lakeshore, and for the past one month, there has been no power supply to the bedrooms in our apartment. We have repeatedly submitted complaints regarding this issue. One maintenance staff member came to inspect the problem, but his behavior was extremely unprofessional and arrogant. After that visit, no further action was taken. No one followed up, and no one returned to fix the issue. We have been forced to live in bedrooms without electricity for an entire month. This level of negligence and lack of response reflects very poor management.
