Lakeshore Crossing Apartments

I moved into my apartment in June of 2023, and I just renewed my lease. It's a small apartment complex tucked away behind the tower liquor store off of Piedmont Ave. I personally enjoy living here because it's quiet and there isn't any drama. It's not as fancy as the other complexes in the area, but it's quiet and has little to no drama. Occasionally, the management team will send out emails reminding tenants about the complex rules, quiet times, and proper etiquette on living in a family-friendly environment. I've been lucky, and I haven't had any roach issues, so I'm grateful for that. That is one of the reasons I moved out of my other apartment complex. Okat living at Lakeshore Crossing the apartments. But seriously, the Confluence Trail is like 50 feet across the creek, and I feel like I need a zipline or a kayak just to get there! Come on, management, let’s build that bridge. My legs and my sense of adventure will thank you.

I lived here for about 3 years. The staff was always nice. Maintenance was the best and kept area clean and whenever I needed something to be fixed they took care of it in a timely manner. It’s a quiet neighborhood and I never felt unsafe living here. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the gate would be broken often due to weather or someone crashing into it. The dumpster would also break often but they were usually good with getting it fixed within a week or so. In the spring I would have an issue with gnats which was VERY frustrating but I NEVER had any issues with major bugs/rodents like ants, spiders, roaches or mice. Overall I would recommend.

DONT MOVE HERE!! The parking lot sits right in the middle of all the buildings, and it turns into a hangout spot for people squatting in their cars, revving engines, and blasting music at all hours. The noise echoes everywhere, making it impossible to get peace and quiet. Management is the biggest problem. They refuse to take responsibility even when the issues are right in front of them. They won’t believe you unless another person also testifies, which is just an excuse to avoid taking action. Instead of fixing anything, they send out generic community-wide emails that solve nothing. In reality, they never take meaningful action, leaving residents to deal with the same problems over and over again. Lived here for over 3 years and had no problems. Excellent location in Lindbergh with almost everything you need located within a mile and easy access to the highway. It’s also gated with ample parking space. The prices are reasonable too!
