A lot of roaches and then the pest control noticed us to evacuate us biweekly and taking out the stuff in the bathroom and kitchen from the cabinets which is annoying also the building is having issues with water leaks which we have water shortages. Security is bad specially in the parking lots my company truck got smack in the driver window but nothing was stolen, then my neighbor had a different situation but his vehicle was open and everything inside was scrambled around.

Sam was quick, thorough and extremely nice. Took him less than 5 minutes to fix our issue and did it with a smile.

Renewing my lease was very easy! All done, from start to finish, in the comfort of my home.

Staff is very pleasant and nice. Moved in, charged extra $100 a month because we could not move in on the same date our application was approved. I am not sure how anyone who works could do that. MANY things to be addressed inside the apartment, still getting things addressed and not even a week in house, our furniture is nit even in yet… as long as my issues are addressed I will change my rating at a later date.

Was delivering pizza here and got a gun pulled on me. No security, no cameras
