The experience was terrible. They do not enforce their own guidelines. Every time I would go out to walk I would need to be on the look out for loose dogs because they would attack. I witnessed dog jumping up on an elderly gentleman almost knocking him down then running into a little girl. Bird feeders feeding the geese. Dogs feces left in the yards. People having the dog tie outs and leaving them unattended. You would complain and nothing would change. Not supposed to attach cameras to the building yet they do along with flood lights. People cooking in garages. You complain and all you get is it takes time. No you have them follow the rules. Just like everybody and everywhere else !!!! They signed the agreement also!!! Would not recommend them unless you plan on just being a he

Managers were great to work with. Spincer very knowledgeable in all areas of apartment living at redwood. Very patient in helping me with technology. I knew I wanted to be apart of this community. Love the design and layout of my apartment. Peggy

My move in day was perfect. The leasing agents, Myia and Spincer have been awesome. They made sure everything was smooth sailing for me. I finally feel at home.

People are friendly and the apartments are well designed. Was a great place to call home as our house was being built.

I wouldn'teven give a one star but you have to put something.I put in a maintenace request on 10/31 for several issues. They have come out but none of the issues have been corrected. All I get are excuses.
