Lakes at Lewisville

This is the best apartment I have ever lived in, so much so that I signed a lease for another year here. From the very beginning I received a warm welcoming. Every staff member is kind, caring, and I had some instances where they went above and beyond. The apartments are nice, and well kept. Every work order I place is handled in just a few days. I have never seen or encounter any staff member having a bad day, if they were they left it at the door. My thought is this: There is always going to be some undesirable situations when dealing with a large number of people. Appreciate the good in what the staff here is able to control.

I moved into these apartments a year ago after stumbling across them and signed a short lease. I loved it so much that I decided to extend my stay! The location is perfect, the community is well maintained, and the maintenance team is always quick and reliable. I especially want to highlight Diana in the leasing office she truly goes above and beyond to take care of residents. She is always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything you need. Living here has been such a great experience, and I can’t recommend this community enough!

For personal reasons, I will be moving out soon, but I leave with a positive impression and gratitude for her support and management throughout our time here.

We’ve lived here for a little over a year and have had a great experience. We started in a two bedroom and later moved to a three bedroom—both apartments were clean, well-maintained, and issue-free. The community is quiet, and we’ve always felt comfortable and relaxed here. The front office staff is friendly, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure residents are happy. Highly recommend Lakes at Lewisville!
