Lakes at Arrowhead Ranch

I recently moved into this complex ($3k vs $1,500) from a nearby complex where I was paying double the rent and I am quite happy here. The amenities they have are basically the same as my other apartment if not better. If you reach out to Management via email or phone, they are very quick to respond and help you with whatever you need. From what I’ve seen, they don’t act nice to you when you’re moving in and then just forget about it when you’re a tenant and you’re stuck in a lease. All in all, I’m very happy here and would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place on the north side of Glendale. Beautiful suburban oasis, among large trees and lakes and associated wildlife. One bedroom is incredibly large with many little shelves and built in nooks. Security gates and responsive maintenance. The place was almost perfect at move in

Great place to live! Soon will be 3 yrs and I never had any complaints. If there is a maintenance issue these guy's are quick to fix or repair the issue. The office ladies are very knowledgeable and a joy to talk with and the maintenance team, the best! First, it's very peaceful here and almost all resident nieghbors I cross paths with are very polite, respectful and fun to talk with or tend to stay to themselves which I respect. Second, I've seen a negative review about the gates not working and theft occurring, I believe that is false or mistakenly was meant for some other place or possibly not getter there way with management and purposely posted a bad review. I can tell you since I've been here, not once have I seen the gates not working, nor any theft occurring or any bugs or roach

Wanted to take the time to write a review and a shout out to Jack. He is the pool manager. He has done a phenomenal job of keeping the pool running in tiptop shape, crystal clear, timely repairs, friendly, courteous. Nice units inside not great office staff. They are very poor at responding to emails and request in the portal. I have sent multiple emails regarding the unit next to me smoking on the patio and the smell getting into my unit and they have yet to respond. Sent my first message about it two weeks ago and have yet to get a response.
