I had an incredible experience with Marc on a personal level. After losing my wallet, he found it and made sure it got back to me safely. I also checked with neighbors and everyone spoke highly of him. That says a lot about a person. Truly grateful and thankful that people like Marc still exist.

Former resident of Lakeline East Apartments (Unit 635). This has been one of the most unprofessional post–move-out experiences I have ever had. The property issued a security deposit refund check that was returned for insufficient funds. As a direct result of their error, my bank account went into overdraft and I was charged bank fees. Issuing a check without funds is a serious financial mistake and reflects extremely poor management practices. Despite reaching out in advance to request my ledger and confirmation of the deposit return, no warning or explanation was provided. I’ve been living here for a year already and they are really good with the community, they always had something to do in special days like thanksgiving or valentines days, love that about this place. Another good thing about it is that they take care of the amenities so good, always clean and ready to use,they don’t close the pool in winter or any day to clean it which I love it cause sometimes i just randomly want to go And hang out there. Maintenance is sooooo nice and fast, if you need something to get fix you will get it in less than a week, they always interact with my service dog and treat him with respect. The only thing I could consider "bad" about this place is that when you have to move in, renew your lease, or handle any paperwork at the office, they are considerably slow, but

Marc restored my faith in people. I lost my wallet and he found it and returned it without hesitation. I later spoke to a few neighbors just out of curiosity, and they all gave him amazing feedback. Honest, kind, and trustworthy — qualities you don’t see every day. The world needs more people like Marc.

Peak location, great price, but...theyve recently been making it harder to live here. Theyve been adding fences everywhere that have been blocking off walking paths, and now you need an app to access the mailbox gate and pool gate, two places I dont typically bring a phone to. But the response time to work order have been good (and free), and the office is open on weekends. Its a fine place to live :)
