Lakeland Manor

Five stars for me! Ms. Victoria and the new management team here at Lakeland Manor are the best! They continue adding new enhancements and amenities to improve our quality of life! I love our new lobby (pic below), craft room, computer room, and much more! As a retired resident, I can say this: Sometimes negative experiences just need new vision and time, and at Lakeland we have been blessed with both! Thank you for all you do!

Lakeland Manor is the best place to live in Dallas. The staff and maintenance are excellent! They come right away if you have a problem. The building inside and outside is well maintained and the people are friendly. If you're looking for a senior home I recommend Lakeland Manor.🙂

I have lived on this property for 5 years. It has improved 100% in the last year due to a management change. All the apartments have been remodeled in the last few months. Now, although the apartments are small they are modern and clean, perfect for an elderly person such as myself. The management is helpful and my neighbors are friendly.

Like the apartments based on the photos online. But now that its not managed under DHA anymore will the new owners take disabled people with a severe mental impairment and income and get them an apartment. If anyone knows please reply to this review! TIA!

I wouldn't give these apartments any stars but it is required to leave a review. The apartments have roaches, my friend has called the office 3x within the last 6 months to get this problem fixed including DHA, they always say they will put in a work order and they never do. Nothing has been done. I have helped him spray his apartment numerous times, he keeps the apartment clean, sanitized, and clutter free, nothing seems to work. This is not a healthy or safe place to live and you constantly hear gun shots. Although they are doing updates to the apartments, they are still not doing anything about the roaches running around from one apartment to the next!
