Lake Vista

I've lived here since 2020, and I love my apartment. Could things be better, of course, but no complex is perfect unless all the tenants are perfect!! Update: Chris and Kelsie are on point! Any maintenance issues I have are taken care of. Had a leak in my bedroom...couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Chris didn't stop until he figured it out. Another satisfied update: after a few weeks of a different leak in the main bathroom, it was found in the apartment behind mine! Took a while to locate but maintenance didn't give up until it was located. Chris and Kelsie was on top it from that point...leak repaired and the flooring and toilet replaced in my unit from the water damage. I must say professional and persistence paid off and I'm extremely happy with the final outcome!! Thanks

I just signed a 1 year lease, went in to do my walk thru, I did find a few things that needed fixed but nothing to big. Went back to the off to talk to Kelsie and she got the maintenance guy to jump right on it. I'm not a complainer, so it wasn't a big issue. Looking forward to enjoying my new space.( W. Scott)

We have lived at Lake Vista since 2021. It has become home. Kelcie (hope I'm spelling it correctly) has always been helpful. Chris in maintenance is awesome. Our issues are almost always handled in a timely manner

Hello everyone, I'm here to tell you all if you're looking for a great apartment complex you better try Lake Vista it's a great place to live, I know you're probably saying stuff you've heard but if you can tell me one complex or housing area that hasn't had a problem with something, I've been living in Lake Vista Apt since 2019 and I'm telling you the office staff Kelsie and Shy are wonderful people they will do their very best to make sure all your needs are met and their very professional you will be greeted and welcomed in as soon as you walk in their office and our maintenance guys are the best when something brakes or goes out and you report it to the office staff (Kelsie and Shy) our maintenance crew will be on it getting you fixed up... Pros and Cons to the apartment I would suggest just taking a drive through day/night to get the feel, my experience has been mixed but I can say Maintenance is A1 Chris W. Maintenance is amazing ! Very communicative, precise, Professional, and Prompt.
