Deviny was so kind and helpful! Although, the apartments didn’t have enough bedrooms to my liking. Deviny was incredible, I love her!

Affordable, quality apartments! The office lady devanie was very helpful and knowledgeable on my inquiry.

Under new management, Leigh has done great things with this complex! Anytime i need anything she is on top of it and willing to help! Can’t wait to see what else she does with the complex!

I do not recommend this place. They do not properly maintain their units. My wife and l lived there for about 4 years. We moved out in 2023. The first couple of years were fine until we started having issues with our upstairs neighbors and mold. Instead of replacing the carpet like everything I’ve read says you should, they just sent carpet cleaners over. They a/c system was filthy. Instead of sending someone to deep clean, they sent someone out that just shove a vacuum with spinning bristles at the end which just stirred everything up and tore up the insulation. Constantly complained about noise from the upstairs neighbors. Sent numerous complaints and videos of yelling , stopping, and wild pets but they never did anything. Always said “we will start the eviction process if we get another

At this point many $40 wasted application fees just to be told sorry you were denied....I have enough money to pay my first month my last month and a full deposit....I sure hope these folks will let me move in.
