Lake Park Tower Apartments

Used to be pretty decent but since the new property manager Trish, took over nobody gets answers. Doesn’t understand Ohio law, refuses to clean up when they get insulation all over, Religious discrimination, Everything else I could comment on is listed in the other reviews. Don’t even bother contacting the property manager Trish, she will not answer your questions or calls, you must have the East Cleveland police department contact her to get her to do her job.

DO NOT move here!! Please keep your money and keep looking. Believe the reviews! I’ve been living here for 1 year and the last property manager Cierra made sure things was accomplished since she’s been gone I’m currently going through A LOT just to get a lease renewal, property managers lying, I’m being charged “rent charge” and late fees when I pay my rent ON TIME. I keep being told they’re in the process of resending lease and I still haven’t got it. There is not a 24/7 maintenance option . Heat barely works in my unit I have to have my oven on 24/7 . Every other month it’s a new property manager. There are rats, roaches. My car was hit last month and I have to go through so much to see camera’s from the office. We pay TOO MUCH MONEY to live here for this nonsense. They don’t care, they

The building manager is the WORST MANAGER you could ever imagine, she yells at people for no reason and she is a racist, she threats innocent people purely because she discriminates them, until the police officer showed up and told her she couldn’t do so. Management in the building is a mess. The air conditioners leak all the time and even if they came and fix it’s still leaking (My apartment was not the only one that happens, the air conditioners are too old). The swimming pool never been cleaned. Broken machine in the gym never got fixed.

IN THE PARKING AND WE PAY FOR PARKING AND HAVEN'T HAD PARKING FOR ALMOST 4 MONTHS THERE HAS BEEN SEVERAL MANAGERS IN AND OUT ALL THEY DO IS BRUSH YOU OFF AND LIE LIE LIE! WE PAY TOO MUCH MONEY TO LIVE HERE AND TO BE UNCOMFORTABLE AND FEELING LIKE A PRISIONER IN YOUR HOME AND I LIVE IN THE 18TH FLOOR...SEVERAL WATER LEAKS, HEAT NOT WORKING IN MY APARTMENT....ETC.....YALL ARE BEING REOPORTED!!!

Do not rent or live here. I’m a current resident. I’ve been living here for 1yr and 4 months. My experience here has been horrible. I’ve been lied to from day one. No A/C all summer, massive water leaks from pipes bursting, random events of no hot water or cold water and even sadly no water at all. These issues last for weeks. With no answers from management. I’ve experienced 4 going on 5 managers in the office and all of them are either unaware or cover up the truth about what’s going on. My bank account was compromised by members of the office and I recently found that out. Insurance I did not sign for. No human should live like this. You will be a victim in so many ways.
