Crystal Tower Apartments

Listen I am moving into Crystal towers and let me tell you Mrs.Ricahida And the property manager Mrs.treleen was ABSOLUTELY AMAZINGGG!!!!! The best duo like when I tell you they actually pour into their jobs and helped me. They made everything clear and easy for me !! If you need help don’t be afraid to ask and ask questions THEYLL HELP YOU!!!

they were passionate and very communicative they were understanding explained and broke everything down to an understanding knowledge. welcomed us with open hands they made this an easy process.

Needs lots of improvement. While talking with rental agent about an apartment 2 different residents came in complaining about rats or mice coming out of the heaters into their apartments. They were given a package of mice bait traps to poision them. We didn't rent there after that experience

They were very nice treated up like family and made this an easy move in process communication was A1

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!! This place is a nightmare. It is so disgusting. They paint over crud getting the unit ready for the next tenant. My bathroom ceiling caved in and the smell and the mold was so disgusting. In the living room I had a fountain of water leaking through the wall. In the bedroom the ceiling had a water bubble that was about to burst. When I moved in my dishwasher was full of crud and was broken. They never fixed it nor replaced me with another one. My blinds were broken upon moving in and they never replaced me with another set. Mind you I put numerous of work orders into maintence and nothing was done. I fought until the very end untl my lease was up. They don't switch the heat to AC until late in the season. A couple of months into the hot weather. When they do switch
