It’s been a little over a week since I moved into my new apartment, and I can honestly say this has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. The community itself is beautiful, peaceful, and truly feels like home! But what really sets this place apart is the leasing team. Kellin, Melissa, and Viktoriya are absolutely amazing. From the application process to move-in and even after, they have been professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely supportive. They made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth, organized, and welcoming. Their communication, patience, and care did not go unnoticed. I want to recognize the incredible hard work the Maintenance team has done to keep our apartment complex safe and well maintained during the snowstorm. The night before the storm, Carlos came out in the freezing cold and spent over an hour making sure my heater was working properly so I would stay warm. During and after the storm, Favian, Carlos, and the rest of the Maintenance team worked long hours clearing snow and ice to ensure everyone’s safety. Their dedication, responsiveness, and care for residents truly made a difference, and I’m very grateful for everything they do!

I lived at Lake Linganore Apartments for 18 months and had an AMAZING experience! It was so peaceful, kept very clean, and had fantastic amenities. My apartment was beautiful. I also really appreciated the staff. Viktoriya at the leasing office works so hard and is almost always there to help residents. She’s helped me retrieve my dog toys when they went over the pool fence, she helped me look for my package once, she took me on a tour of my apartment before leasing even though the office was about to close. She really goes above and beyond! I’d also love to shoutout the maintenance crew. They are very kind, personable, and hard workers. Couldn’t be happier with Lake Linganore Apartments. My apartment is perfect, the staff from the leasing office to the maintenance staff really does a great job. The gym is better than any apartment gym I’ve ever been in, and best of all the surrounding area is booming with new restaurants and businesses sprouting up.

My experience at this property has been extremely negative, and I strongly advise others to avoid renting here. As a single mother, I felt targeted and discriminated against from the very beginning. I was denied a walkthrough and tour when I first arrived, and interactions with the main office — specifically Melissa and Viktoria — have been consistently unprofessional and hostile. When I raised concerns about dog waste around the property, Melissa accused me of “harassing” her, even though she had invited me into her office. The situation escalated to the point where I had to contact law enforcement, and officers determined that she was the aggressor. The retaliation went even further. Because I homeschool my child, the office made false reports to CPS. Viktoria even withheld ink from th
