We delt with Tracey Sullivan from this company concerning a property we were interested in. Everything seemed ok at first as she was very responsive. Until it was time to see the property, she showed up late and didn't show interest in wanting to rent to us. My wife is a US Army Veteran just coming back from a mission and Ms. Sullivan choose to waste our time. After following up with her the next about our application she said she sent our information to the landlord days ago, which wasn't possible because we just filled out the application that day. To make matters worse, the system she uses asks to connect to your bank account to see your deposits and other information. Just called to get some quick info in this crazy market. A woman answered and said you know it’s almost 9 and you called twice what do you want. They could have just sent me to voice mail and contacted me tomorrow. Very unprofessional and now I won’t be using their services.
