Lake Hill Apartments

Lake Hill is an amazing place to live. The leasing officers are super personable and friendly. Brad is great! It's just outside of uptown Charlotte and as a single woman I couldn’t feel any safer. It is quiet, and the neighbors are family oriented. No loud music or madness going in this community. You see families of deer, and I even saw a fox. Love the fact that I was in the city and still have the feel of nature. Plus! Walmart is an 8 minute walk past the trees.

I lived in a sister apartment named Cotswold East. I was there for 10 years never once late on rent and tried to get along well with everyone. I finally decided to move to another apartment with more amenities so I found one and told Brad as soon as I could but it was around the Christmas holidays so nobody was open. When I finally got him he said it wasn’t a 30 day notice even though it was during the holidays. A friend gave me a house cleaning for my Christmas gift so they cleaned the apartment well. After it was all said and done Brad said they had to charge me more because the bathroom was nasty. At that point I didn’t want to fight about it. All said and done. They kept my $400.00 dollar deposit and charged me another $150.00 because he said the bathroom needed extra cleaning. Just wa

Apartments are old, but very well maintained, very calm and quiet neighborhood in a great location. Nice staff.

I have loved Lake Hill since I got here. Brad and Georgia have been amazing and very helpful. It has been a while since I have been on my own and really just seeing the both of their friendly faces made me feel at home. The apartment was nice and the perfect size for me. It had a spacious 1 bedroom, good size living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Blessed to have some good roommates S & C fellow swifties. The lawn care and outside of apartment is well maintained too. I moved closer to the city or else I might of stayed longer. Every once is the parking lot where I parked my car was full but I was able to find some close by. I would definitely recommend this place if your looking for affordable housing and great property managers:) Thank you Jesus, I would not of found this place without H
