Lake Hefner Townhomes

TO BAD THE OWNER DOESN'T GET BACK TO THE TENANTS..... Almost afraid to post. Sometimes when you post the truth it comes back to haunt you. We were told when we signed the lease that we had new appliances when we moved in in March of this year the only new appliances that were in our unit was a microwave and stove. When we bring this to their attention they want to argue with us and tell us that we're not right. AC unit broken down several times at one point it froze over they didn't dry out our closet and since then we have all gotten sick but that also being said it's still leaking on the outside. The AC unit also broke in the most hottest time of the year and they never offered us a window unit ore any compensation for the hole in the ceiling that I have been cooling down the whole co

Lake Hefner Townhomes is a great place to live. The management is fantastic. The girls are sweet and kind which is hard to find now a days.. Maintenance workers are great too. Quick response and fix time if you should ever need them. The applying for/moving in process was smooth as butter. Lol. They accept vouchers if you have one. The townhomes are remodeled and look great. I was surprised how quiet it is here. Oh and they have events going on a lot like movie and candy for Halloween, etc. if it's a holliday, they are going to be doing something fun and exciting, especially for the kids. When it was Britton Courtyard, it got a bad rap. It's totally different now. It's safe and inviting. They also have a great move in special for November. You definitely don't want to miss it. I been here over a year going on two. I haven't had no issues here at all. When something needs to be fix, they come the same day or the next. Its very clean and kids playing joyfully. I have refer two families here and they love it as well. Nice and quiet

The management here does not like to fix things until they are ready to kick you out they gave us a 30 day notice for putting a bag over 30000 lumen light they put in just recently after they told us they will do nothing to move the improperly placed light mind you we have talk to the owner who replies on here and she came over and did nothing to resolve any issues we have had look at my wife's review lisa m this is ridiculous I asked if we could finish out our lease till march and heal from my hip surgery I just had at the end of November and they sed no so now we have to move my wife is 54 I just had hip surgery merry Christmas and by the way all these 5 star reviews on here from other ppl is cuz they sed they would give you money of your rent for posting a 5 star review they know there

Me Personally I love living here, neighbors are nice and very sweet! They really helped me out when I had nowhere to go and the staff is Amazing! ❤️ They Go all out for their residents ESPECIALLY during the Holidays and I love being apart of The community 🥹
