really love this apartment. My only complaints would be that the stairs and trash area are dirty. There’s a bunch of sticks and a broken stool and what looks like someone’s laundry on a chair that’s been there since I moved in on Friday. Also my door knobs are super wobbly and some have come off randomly. Other than that everything in the apartment is nice. It’s beautiful space with lots of natural light. I love the jalousie windows in the sunroom.
I just moved in and I'm already in love with this place. The location is outstanding. All the people I have met so far are friendly. The new appliances and cabinets are fantastic. The only downer is ongoing street constuction out front; that will actually be a plus once it's finished.
I was very impressed by the speed of correspondence and the quality of the location. We had such a quick and simple process from application to signing and move in. I would recommend highly
