The office manager, Isamar is the best! Always friendly, super helpful, and quick to save the day when something comes up. She clearly cares about the residents, and we truly appreciate everything she does to keep the community running smoothly.

Office attendant Isamar is always willing to help for normal and emergency situations, welcoming attitude and respectful communication. Living conditions could be improved but customer service is doing amazing.

Been living here for years and the staff is incredibly friendly! Whenever we need parking passes for friends and family, the front desk is always super helpful and quick with them!

I’ve had a great experience living at Lake Creek Apartments. The community is well-kept, the amenities are convenient, and maintenance requests are always handled quickly. I especially want to highlight the manager, Iridian—she is professional, approachable, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel taken care of. It’s clear she really cares about the community and the people who live here.
