6 West Apartments

Poor maintenance on poorly built units, dog waste EVERYWHERE, rude and aggressive management, the king of adding junk fees (check your lease and fight them), gaps in windows so big you can stick your fingers in them. We experiences several floods that resulted in property damage. You're better off sleeping in your car.

Just a quick warning if you're planning on moving into these apartments. JUST DON'T! DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! First of all, the useless management they have, there is NEVER a manager or anybody at the office to help you, and if there is, they always tell you they can't help with NOTHING!! In the second place we have the dumpsters fill to the rim with trash! the amount of trash and filth has become unbearable. All of this is causing a plague of roaches and disgusting skunks plague!!! In the third place they want to charge you for everything! we have to pay for the parking spots and it's not guaranteed that you'll be able to find a spot after 7 PM every single day! INSANE!! The apartments aren't even that great at all! So expensive for nothing to be included, because that's another thing, not on

Since I have lived here everyone has been very respectful, they treat me kindly and always say Hello when I come by. In unit washer and dryer are a great addition on top of the amenities, club house has a modern & sleek design. The management team here is very kind and are always keeping everything in order.

They don’t have proper bear traps on their dumpsters. Imagine walking your dog in this environment with a grizzly going through the trash. No response at all from management. They simply don’t care because the demand here is so high.

They don’t have protection locks for bears on their dumpsters. Management team is completely unresponsive. It’s dangerous to live here beyond the cheap building structure. Office is always empty and no response from property management. They simply don’t care.
