My experience do far has been awesome so far. Management has been prompt and very effective. Anytime I call I am able to speak to someone. Maintenance is great also. Very prompt and professional. I love it here. Coming from another state, my transition has been wonderful!

My husband and I lived here for 2 years. You can absolutely find a better place in the area for the price you are paying. They advertise a gated community but for over 3/4 of our time there the gates were left wide open. When we contacted the office about this, they stated that they were not able to pay to fix them unless the parent company of the complex approves it. We were eventually told the gates would be working with a new app system and they worked for maybe 1 day a week before breaking and needing repair again. We dealt with neighbors below us who smoked weed and the smell traveled horribly into our apartment. The complex just told us to contact the police if it continued to happen despite it being a smoke free community. We had roaches constantly when that had never been an issue

We had a rough start but they finally got us everything we needed to get into our wonderful apartment. We are enjoying the life here. The rough start is the only reason it's 4 instead of 5 stars..

Fantastic service! Our furnace stopped working during the winter storm recently. I left a request on the service app and received a call almost immediately. Valentino came within 30 minutes and quickly identified the problem. He repaired the furnace and changed the filter. Very professional and friendly. Thank you!

I been a resident for three and always paid my rent on time. This complex the maintenance worker Javier would come inside my apartment without knocking however all of them do . When they inspected my apartment for damages Javier with the manager, I forgot her name came inside my apartment three hours late without any notice or knock which I have a witness that was with me . The lady was Caucasian with glasses and quoted she would give me an estimate of damages when I leave however they never did this. I came two months after I left and Maurice the gentlemen who works in the front said I did not owe anything and I documented this down. Six months later They took my deposit without reason and they also left me with a 3,300 dollar damage cost without notifying me which by law cannot be done
