Lake ATRIUM

Outside of the apartment was in horrendous condition and almost every unit appeared on the brink of collapse. At first they said someone was waiting for us at the unit, then they just gave us a code to go in ourselves.Only giving 2 stars because the inside of the place was actually nice besides a small bit of mold inside the bathroom drawer. Afterwards told us no information l, just asked what we thought.

This apartment complex are really nice. The parking is huge. The office staff nice and friendly. A lot of natural trails, animals and you feel better just walking around the lake. The apartment have nice layout. Good people living there. Also Nanny's Creation it's there. The best puertorican cakes ever.

Horrible experience trying to view an apartment here. Was told nothing about the gate. All phone lines lead to frustrating prerecorded messages. A nice person let me in and there was no one to show me the apartment. No helpful information was given to me. What a waste of time.

Nice centrally located gated community. Although it had its ups and downs, it has come a long way. It could benefit from hands on professional management though...
