I have been living in this community for over a year now & I love it. Like every other place things can be improved but you can see how they’re actively doing it. I want to acknowledge Rodger since he’s always on time and extremely helpful every time I have a maintenance request. He goes above and beyond and his knowledge & kindness are unmatched. Props to David as well. Lastly, I want to thank Jess at the corporate level for helping me out. You guys really care about the well-being of your tenants!

I would love to make this my forever home/apartment but with the high increases, it could be challenging for me this year. Other than that, the views are great, especially after rainfalls. Maintenance is spot on. I needed my a/c unit checked and cleaned out from the outside and maintenance was at our door in less than an hour. Thanks to the maintenance crew ad the app that allows to leave a message, that was followed by a phone call from the office, letting us know help was on the way. Thank you for allowing me to be a resident for almost 5 years

AC issue in my fiancée’s and my apartment, It has now been nearly a week without a properly functioning air conditioning system. While maintenance has been responsive and did their best to assist by installing a portable AC unit, this is only a temporary fix for one room in our two-bedroom apartment and does not adequately address the overall issue. As my unit stays roughly 80° and running up my energy bill. Over the weekend, I assumed the maintenance crew was not working but I was assured the part would be replaced the NEXT DAY. The lack of communication has been very disappointing, especially given the discomfort caused by the situation. Additionally, I’d like to note that pest control has been inconsistent. I will definitely say the guy I spoke to in the office was nice! There’s just a few problems I have …. I’m self employed with bank statements that show my income, my money is just as good as any and I wasn’t even given a chance to live here because of it. A lot of traditional jobs don’t pay enough so I do what’s best for my family! I was driven around to tour the complex, just to see a broken jacuzzi where the pool is with caution tape, a playground broken with tape as well, and was told they “should “be fixed soon which would be more tolerable if their requirements to live there were unrealistic! Also I was almost out $300 because I was told it was okay to be self employed but when I was persistent about the qualifications to be able to lease here before spending $300 in a crappy econom

Before signing a lease here, make sure you thoroughly review your lease and go over every single fee they charge. I pay $250+ monthly just in fees and that keeps increasing every month. Will be having a real estate attorney review my lease in the near future.
