Laguna Apartments

I've lived here for about three years now. Fantastic building and the management is attentive, fair and quick to respond to repairs, etc. I don't leave reviews much, but these guys deserve some credit for being very good landlords.

Laguna has been one of the best living experiences I've had to date. Brad, Tony, and Craig, were all very knowledgeable, efficient, and responsive during our time here. Even during the period of unrest this summer, they stepped up building security to make us all feel safe. I will happily recommend this place to anyone and everyone looking for an apartment in the uptown area

This place is the perfect location--close to lake Calhoun, plenty of restaurants and bars, as well as grocery stores and other shopping--all within walking distance. The building is new and only had 45 apartments so it's a quiet peaceful setting with all updated amenities and finishes inside the apartments. Brad is the leasing agent and was so easy to work with, very responsive and willing to answer as many questions as I needed in a very timely manner. He was welcoming and pleasant, and made the whole process very seamless. The Property Manager, Tony, is also very helpful and responsive, and helped me get into the apartment on short notice. This is a great place!

We've just signed a lease at Laguna and couldn't be more excited! After much runaround in the Minneapolis rental market, we were relieved to have such a smooth experience. Laguna's leasing agent, Brad, was accommodating, responsive, and helpful with all of our needs. We're looking forward to the community feel and sense of support at Laguna.

The leasing process at Laguna was so easy and we LOVE it here! Brad was super friendly, met us around our schedule and answered all of our questions that same day. The building is extremely well built, in a agreat location and dog friendly! For being in the middle of Uptown and having so many dogs in the building, it is actually extremely quiet! I cant say enough amazing things about this place. Love love love! Definitely take a tour.
