Lafeyette Lofts is a beautiful apartment building in Soulard with charm. I love the location and being within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars (my favorite is Margie’s Historic Crossroads across the street!). Very pet friendly and management is great. Issues are few and far between but when I have submitted work orders they have been completed in a timely manner.
Marcus in maintenance is OUTSTANDING! He is always quick to respond, thorough, and goes above & beyond!!
I lived here for almost five years and loved it! AHM Management are also excellent and are continuing to make new updates to the building.
