LaCroix Court Apartments

I’ve lived at LaCroix since 2007, and overall my experience has been positive. Location is great, hidden in a neighborhood so not to many know about this place. Also a lot of restaurant and shopping areas near by. Property manager is sweet and tries her best, Maintenance fast, reliable, the apartments themselves are very spacious, and I especially love having a balcony as well as central AC. One thing I wish were better is the plowing when it comes to winter but I understand it was contracted out. Overall, I would recommend and have recommended this complex to family and friends .

Excellent place to live! I’ve been around for 2 years and I have to say that the rent is great for what they offer! Open spaces, green areas, everything looks absolutely perfect. Apartments are super nice, if there’s an issue, the maintenance guy, Fredy, address it promptly, and the repairs show high quality, so he knows what he’s doing for sure! Anyways, I love this complex, management is great, maintenance is excellent!!! 100% recommended!!!

I am coming close to the end of my five year tenure here and it is so bittersweet. LaCroix was my first apartment and first time living alone. I intentionally chose it because as a young Black woman I wanted to live somewhere that I loved but I could also feel comfortable coming home to any time of the night and never worry about my safety- in the parking lot and in general. LaCroix gave me that. I’m so grateful to the landlords, especially the current one Lydia. She is so sweet and understanding and accommodating and really tries her best despite the limitations she may had. My relationship with Lydia played a huge role in the peace and comfort I’ve had here. I’m really going to miss this place and some of the neighbors and community I’ve developed.

I’ve been living here since 2023 & I love it😊 The apartments are spacious and newly renovated also comes with a quiet neighborhood!! They may be a little short staffed with maintenance but they still manage to respond in a timely manner! They do their best and they do a great Job!! Bless Lydia’s Heart!! She’s great 🙌🏾 she made the whole moving process easy for me. I Remember touring my first apartment at LaCroix but losing it because I was slower with the application, I explained to Lydia how much I loved the place and she got back to me within a week regarding a different Unit and it turned out to be even better than the first, God is good, All the time!! I think the bathroom in my unit could use a renovation * wink wink* if you want, no pressure 😂 I have a balcony view and I always look

I have been looking at apartment options and stopped in to talk to Lydia, the office manager. She was so kind and helpful and gave me a tour while explaining amenities in detail. Normally I dont like the whole "tour" experience but she made it seem like she genuinely cared. The apartments themselves were also very nice.
