La Villa Alegre Apartments

My little brother has lived here for over 5 years. The current management and manager as well as the previous ones have been excellent in looking out for his well being. This means a lot to me and my family as my bro is disabled and any help of that nature is priceless to us! They also are very on top of spraying for pests and can only do so much in combating bugs or roaches in an area of town which this is an issue....... Thanks again to Guillermo and all the staff at the Villa Allegre Apts and i recommend these apartments to anyone considering these as a future residence!

I have lived here over 2 yrs and never had a problem with roaches. The owners spray every month and more if needed. The management team here is great. They also go over and beyond to help you.

I lived there for six years and they never fixed anything in the apartment, it was horrible bugs everywhere kids always messing with the cars and you can never get the maintenance man or landlord to do anything. They never open up the pool because they don’t want to clean it. I just wish I would’ve moved out sooner.

Theres roaches even if you have really really clean ...the maintenance guys are always late and their always flirting with you instead of doing there job they are always trying to talk to you making you loose time and they don't have respect for you even if your married....the only good thing about this apartments is the rent isn't that bad its not expensive like in most of the other places but i wouldn't go back there
