Left at the beginning of the year and have never felt better. Mold everywhere in the shower and building. The roach problem was crazy and there were wasp nests everywhere. My first month living here I got bit by the wasp, but they make you pay for a pest fee. Oh but the pest don’t even go away cause they don’t send anyone they just write it down. Then when I told them about how my bathtub paint was rubbing off they said they’d send someone and never did. This apartment complex was the worst I’ve lived in ever.

Moved here in an emergency after our previous home of 5 years caught fire. We were staying in a motel and notified the office upon application. They told us a move in date which kept getting changed. Then the day we are told we can move in forsure so we notified hotel we’d be turning keys in just to show up to our apartment still being painted and carpet wasn’t even done yet. So Tina try’s to get us into a unit that was ready. We go ahead and move in to different unit during the weekend then Monday arrives and our car is missing. We found out it was towed. We notified office and they told us we were supposed to have a parking permit that they provide which they did not. They said everyone that moves in gets one with a paper for inspection to be filled out which we didn’t get as well. Had t

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unfortunately. The apartments they show you are NOT what you’re gonna get . Once you get your apartment there’s holes, paint coming off, missing knobs, mold etc…The front office people start off nice before you move in and then when you do they completely change up on you. Me and my roommate had signed up for a 16 month lease with one of the girls in the office and then after almost a year they tried to say that our “12 month lease was up” even tho we signed for a 16 month one . When we went up to the office and tried to talk to the girl who met with me and my roommate the day we applied , she acted like different and as if she didn’t remember us . Also the first day they tried giving us an apartment we didn’t sign up for and lied saying they tried

The following pictures are of a current apartment on move-in day. This is the condition of the apartment considered “move-in ready”. The apartment reeks of musk and mildew. Everything is poorly painted over.

I moved in March 2018... immediately, day 1, I reported issues with walls, floors and trash in the apartment. Day 3, I throw out the food in my fridge because it's not working. Freezer froze to point where ice buildup was bad I couldn't even put a jug of milk in it. Reported it. *Sorry, we'll send someone to come take a look at it." Which, by the way is NEVER, to my experience, the same day. Whether reported in morning or evening. Week 2, it rained. Flooded my master bedroom. Got up to use restroom for a quick wake up when my feet hit water about a quarter inch DEEP! I hadn't unpacked all my boxes yet! More items... TRASHED!
