La Rue Apartments

I love living in La rue apartment complex I been living here for several years, its very clean and maintained apartments, recently we had a pool renovation and new furniture in it ,I have my key and can be used all year round there are 2 picnic table areas and multiple barbecue grills throughout the patios for us to use Plus, don’t forget about the pets They added waste station for our pets There’s also a laundromat i can use at my best convenience I have our own key too as well,I see you walking in the morning, checking assuring everything is looking great in the patio patios Evelyn thank you for everything that you do in our community I don’t know how you do it with all the tenant's , when something is not working in my apartment Evelyn (manager) puts a work order and is done promptly th

Lived here for a year. The unit itself was not bad (other than a few roaches here and there) just the complex in general. Property manager did nothing when my car was vandalized and said she couldn’t find the footage. I lived next to a creepy old man who would knock on my door to ask if I would help him fix his tv. If you do plan on living here just don’t live in apt. 253 because you will hear him grunting at all times. Also don’t use the laundry room because all the machines are from last century.

Great place to live! pet friendly, secure kept updated ,quiet, family oriented neighbors friendly well kept up and the manager is very personable an attentive always willing to listen to you. we have a swimming pool on-site laundry 24 hours your own private parking slots

Evealyn is really nice. She’s really helpful always able to answer my parents question they’ve been living here for 40 years and she’s been really really helpful when there’s inspections whenever there’s something wrong. She is on top of it I really appreciate her

My family and I lived at these apartments for 2 years. Grace is a very kind, responsive, and professional apartment manager. She works on site and was always available during office hours or via text. Never had any major issues, and any time we needed a small repair, Raul would promptly come to our unit after receiving the maintenance request. Many of the neighbors were friendly as well.
