La Resolana Senior Apartments

They need to change management asap! Erin and her assistant are horrible people. The way they yell at the tenants is very concerning! I have witnessed it on many occasions. When Erin told my client off I wanted to speak with her about it and she began to yell at me saying she didn’t have to speak to me and that I was just a caregiver. I have heard her yell at other tenants telling them she did not want to speak to them and to land the office and without even knowing what they needed. I don’t know how she has been able to keep her position there. Something has to be done.

No maintenance available at these apartments do not let your family members rattle test or friends move in here there's no maintenance service they're supposed to be 24 hour on standby not anymore my total is clogged for almost 2 days now and I cannot get a hold of maintenance tell on the weekday not on the weekends

I am a mover and the way the management treated the customer let alone other residents is ridiculous! I called her out on not having to be rude to people and she just laughed it off and said that 'well that's how I am so deal with it!" I was so shocked I feel bad for the person we just moved there. I hope for nothing but the best for our customer and other residents but ultimately the management has to go, and seeing as there are reviews that date back years about these people, says a lot! DON'T LET YOUR LOVED ONES MOVE HERE, DON'T MOVE HERE AT ALL.

After reading the reviews of the La Resolana Senior Apartments, I had to say something. I lived in those apartments for approximately 6 years. I would still be there had it not been for the death of my sister who was our mothers' Power of Attorney. That responsibility became mine. Our mom was in Kansas and I was in New Mexico and the duties of that new responsibility were too difficult to do from that distance. Therefore, I moved to the Midwest. I found the La Resolana Senior Apartments, well taken care of and well managed. Erin, the Assistant Manager was the person who did my paper work and helped me through the final process of getting an apartment. I waited a year to move in and was so glad when that day came. Horrible attitude from Erin. Called to check on waiting list and she was having a bad day or something. She went off on us on the phone that she doesn't have a crystal ball to predict the future and that when we call we need to have correct information, which we did but they had it listed different. She was extremely rude. I hope she doesn't treat tenants the same way. Not sure if we want to put our loved one there anymore.
