Beautiful place to live, lots of open space and walking trails. Our HOA dues actually went down recently, which is great.
A beautiful place to live , however, HOA fees ($230/mo) are ridiculously outrageous probably being the highest in Santa Fe and HOA is relying on the La Pradera community to pay for major improvements, HOAs and Developers shortcomings and management.
Nice place to live it's quiet but the HOA dues are outrageous!
