La Prada Place Apartments

I moved in here December 2025, it's been a long time since I've lived where they truly fix maintenance issues in a timely manner. Thank you Ms. Veronica and Osvaldo for making my stay here very pleasant. I just love my beautiful spacious apartment ❤️

We’ve been here a few years with our family and really like it. It’s quiet and safe, the kids love the pool, and it’s close to all the stores we go to. Ms. Veronica in the office is awesome, she’s always nice and helps us out when we need something.

Look, the place isn’t perfect. It’s a bit older, you will have occasional issues, but they all can be fixed. Let management know and they fix it as soon as they can-even if that isn’t as fast as you’d like, they will fix it. The place is very well maintained. The apartment, for the price, is decent. If you want a place within your budget, this would be a good choice for you.

I moved to Laprada place from day 1 Ms Veronica has been absolutely GREAT she made sure everything was right in my apartment she such a respectful lady she gets the job done she is exactly what we need in office I never stayd in apartment where they grieve discount on pizzas if u stay in these apartment s she has refreshments for our residents for us to be in this area we picked the right place she made it so comfortable for me . Mr OSVALDO our maintenance keeps property clean no trash no dog poop is very polite he has made my apartment look very nice u would think it’s a full crew the way he get the job done IM VERY PLEASEd

I just moved in this month and love my apartment The manager Veronica is so sweet and caring ! I love that the process was easy and fast . The property is very clean and I like that there is enough parking and I never have any issues .
