Do not rent here. Lived here for a year! Payed on time! They haven’t fixed my floors for over 6 months. It’s my last month here and told them I was not gonna pay my last rent if they fixed my floors so I don’t get my deposit takes. They trying to evict me now cuz I haven paid in five days! By Nevada law if they don’t fix anything between 14 days!! I can hold my payment! Will take this to court, it’s ridiculous they don’t take care of your tenants with problems but are quick to kick you out if you go over 2 days!!

The New owners ruined the apartments by making everything more expensive yet not one thing down to protect us, we need security guard at night to defend from the drug addicts near the apartments and they hangout in the alleys and try to break into our cars and neighborhoods homes The company and the new owners change hands. They charge more but honestly for $1,400 you can rent a house next to the the apartments complex and get way more stuff and a nice home. This place is no longer worth living here. I recommend they lower the rent and hire a security guard with a gun because down the street it's dangerous here, many gunshots at night and also so many Homeless people leaving trash and drugs behind the apartments complex Please pick a different apartment complex Look into the owners as they

The apartment appears quiet and nice on the outside but watch out because it’s infested with roaches, I haven’t even lived here for a year and have had them come and bomb the place 6 times already plus all the natural remedies I’ve been trying, also I have already dealt with 3 different managers and company changes it’s so annoying and the new management seem super rude I don’t even want to call and speak to them. I’ve submitted maintenance requests that I’m still waiting on weeks later. Neighbors with dogs are so inconsiderate and won’t pick up after their dogs. Other neighbors leave their trash sitting in front of the doors for days. There is no bbq area like they claim- there are patches of grass here and there but watch your step because people don’t pick up after their dogs.I’m liter

I’ve lived in these apartments for almost a year, and I can confidently say it’s been a frustrating experience from day one. The management is unresponsive — maintenance requests take weeks to be addressed, if at all. The unit was not properly cleaned before move-in, and I found multiple issues like broken fixtures and stained carpets. Noise is a constant problem. The walls are paper-thin, so you hear everything from neighbors and the street. Security is also lacking — I’ve seen multiple cars vandalized in the parking lot, and nothing seems to be done about it. The rent keeps increasing without any improvements to justify it. Amenities are outdated, and the laundry facilities are often out of order. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I made a horrible decision moving here. They towed my car after living here 9 months. But management JUST lied under oath in court and said that SHE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHO I WAS? We have assigned parking spots and I have parked in the same spot for 9 months straight just as the other 5 tenants have parked in the same spot for these same 9 months. I originally never even knew management had changed here but she told a judge that I didn't come take to them. This is after I went to the office one day to talk with management and learned they had changed.
