Absolute crook completely incompetent. Ripped us off Inspection report was a scam. Passed the house. Been here about 2 years. So far we have $18,000 in repairs. Roof, siding, windows, plumbing & and electric repairs. Found a live electric outlet behind the access panel to the shower plumbing. How did that pass?
Have used La Pointe for two separate inspections and were pleased both times.
