La Plata Grande Gardens

Laplata grande gardens you should be a shame of yourself y'all get your rent on time from these residents but you can't come out and get this snow and ice off the roads. Can't walk on the side walks because there caked with ice can't drive on the roads because it's caked with ice but when rent is due you want that money do better. I would never move around there. They only have one matinence man poor thing he can't do it alone.

DO NOT RENT DO NOT RENT DO NOT RENT THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING YOU ASK THEM FIX THE PLUMBING IN THE COMPLEX IS TRASH ITS BLACK STUFF THAT COMES OUT THE WATER SINCE MOVING IN MAY 1ST I’ve put in numerous of tickets to get it fixed. I was told that they didn’t have the money to get a plumber to come out here. I asked for repair repairs into my unit. My door is messed up. They do not want to fix that. This is not an incident where I am a complaining resident because I don’t wanna pay my rent. Literally my rent is on Time or before the first of the month. I’ve constantly reached out to whoever they had in the leasing office. The person that they had stepping in because this property keeps getting bought by numerous of people nothing is getting fixed. Nothing is getting done. This shit is crazy.

I had the most worst experience at Laplata Grande gardens. The property manager is unprofessional and rude. You will not get the floor model you see on the website. She claims that the model you see on the website is $1,800 -$2,300. The website says $1695. The model that is shown on the website is not what you are getting.. False advertisement!!!! The property manager wanted me to move in with no washer and dryer and ,no LVT flooring. The model I was getting was with carpet which is not on the website. I decided not to move in and she refused to return my security deposit. She will not return your phone calls and she is very dishonest . Please don’t move at Laplata Grande gardens. No one is in the office to greet you properly. She is very unprofessional. You will only communicate with her
