I wanted to take a moment to personally express how happy and proud I am to live at Rosewick, especially under the leadership of such an outstanding team. No matter the time of day whether during business hours, off the clock, walking the community, or hosting the many thoughtful events for residents you are always approachable, positive, and willing to address any concerns. I truly respect your work-life balance, which is why I try not to bother you after hours, but appreciation should always be shared in real time. I also want to extend a sincere thank you to the maintenance staff. I love living at Rosewick Apartments , this the first apartment complex I’ve lived in that treats you like you are important to them , they have a wonderful staff and maintenance team , they make you feel comfortable like family .Real southern charm . It’s well kept and quiet . Has a pool , gym , lots more so if you want to feel good about where you live come to Rosewick Apartments in Maryland !!!

We've really enjoyed living at Rosewick Apartments! The place is super modern and well-kept, and the staff is always friendly and helpful — any time I’ve had a question or needed something, they’ve been quick to respond. The amenities are what really make it feel like home. There’s a great pool, a nice fitness center, pool table, and even a conference room if you work from home like I do. Outside, they’ve got a bar-style lounge area with TVs and grills — perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. Also, if you have pets, this place is super pet-friendly! There’s a little dog play area and even a grooming station, which is so convenient. Overall, it’s been a great experience — definitely recommend it if you're looking for a comfortable, fun place to live in La Plata!

5 Stars I've been living in my new apartment with my family and couldn't be happier. The unit is modern, clean, and spacious with plenty of natural light. The building is quiet, well-maintained, and secure. Management has been responsive and helpful from day one, making the move-in process smooth and stress-free. The amenities are top-notch. Plus, the location is perfect with shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish new home!

Really nice place to live the apartments are always neat and clean, and the 24-hour maintenance team is super responsive. Love that they have a dog park and fun activities for pets too!
