Excellent, best commodities, location, service. I had an excellent time and definitely rent again on floor 30.

As a person who's doing Uber Eats, if you have a delivery by there, there's no parking spots to not have your car towed and if you wanna park at the valet spot, they ask for your keys which I won't trust them with my car. Both Valet and Security personnel are the worst. Wouldn't recommend any deliveries made there AT ALL!!!!

One big problem, board of directors lost touch with their guests, put restrictions on number of chairs you can use on the beach, only two per unit, so if you are a family of four, there will be two of you on each chair. There were plenty of ampty chairs at the back of property, but we were not aloud to use them. Nor we were aloud to use ampty chairs next to us. Some times there would be 3 to 5 ampty spaces around us,, but strict rules forced us to sit on two chair. Very bad policy. Very strange policy. Covid crazy policy! Did not help us to stay 6 feet away, but first couple of days had to use one chair for two people ( there were 4 of us). There were family of seven next to us on two chairs, all adults. I felt sorry for them. Office did not help to solve our problem with chairs
