La Paloma Apartments & Townhomes

If u are serious about a forever place to live . I highly recommend La Paloma Apartments . Staff is amazing . Respectful . Even stepping into the office just feels like home . Safe . Quiet . Clean. And if any problems in or out of your unit , they are on it . I know I’m very happy with my apartment andddd it’s roach free . I’m glad I chose la Paloma apartments to call my home .

I've lived here for about two months now. I've heard things in the past about this place but from my own experience it's hard to believe some of the things I've heard. The office staff is nice and been attentive so far. The apartments themselves are decent old but spacious and pretty up to date for the price which is very reasonable. There is a roach problem but mostly just water roaches. The neighbors kind of stick to themselves but lots of families cause there are a lot of kids playing together outside. They do need to maintain the outside lots of dog poop and trash around the outside but all in all great starter place if you're on a budget and you can't beat the location! Close to the mall, quarry, and downtown.

Just moved in here,3 months in, the management are great, the property is nice and clean, so are the pools. my apartment is clean, and roach free. Dont let the other reviews talk you down from visiting the place and take a look for yourself. No one has bothered me and no loud music from my neighbors. Its quiet, peaceful, and its 5 minutes from every store, resteraunt, or whatever you need. the trash bins are always cleaned. I recommend this to anyone.

Probably the worst apartments anyone can ever live at please avoid. Too much activity and management doesn’t seem to care or ever know what’s going on. They truly let any type of person live at these apartments they had 5-6 people living in a 2 bed and I doubt they were on the lease because again management doesn’t care they just want the money. People stealing mail because anyone can just stick their hand through the top of the shitty mail boxes. I had my identity stolen 3 times and of course they don’t care to fix the issue. Pool was never open because of the constant people breaking in and making a mess and throwing parties at night. Parking was an issue because towing was a joke and other tenants would always have their equally terrible friend over making so much noise. Multiple times

Moved in June 2025 and it’s been a month. All the reviews made this place seem inhabitable but I can assure you whatever issues previously existed are now gone. Maybe the current management turned it around because now it’s a quiet, gated, complex with mostly families and older adults. Trash is never overflowing as it is picked up often. I had one maintenance issue that was fixed same day. Reyez in the office is great, too.
