La Joya Apartment Office

I have had so much experience with La Joya. My Air Conditioner always breaks down once a Month ask to get it fixed the will wait 3 to 4 days before anything gets fixed and the worst part, they wait until I leave my apartment in the evening to work at 5:30pm before they let themselves in to work be mindful im home all day and the Office closes at 6pm. So when I get home at 7am my AC is working and overtime i started missing stuff. This particular Wednesday maintenance came in my apartment to fix my Cabinets I had asked them from Friday. I was sleeping when the Maintenance personnel came in because he let himself in without any form of notice, but I ignored His entrance, he fixed what he came to do them help himself. To my surprise on Thursday I needed to prep some Meat for the next day

Does anyone know a number I can call and complain about the manager in the leasing office ? I have two babies and my ax is broken and 1st she tells me she will send someone and then she ignores me and won’t respond nor send any one. I need a number that’s above the leasing office

Called. Told no availability based on my language- I do not speak a Spanish dialect. English is my primary language.

Yo en La joya tengo desde 2015 me parece un lugar bueno, no todos compartimos las mismas opiniones, se que han echos muchos cambios , en lo que es a hora veo que hay más responsabilidades, yo siempre he sido una persona muy responsable mi apartamento , lo cuido muy bien , creo que en los 10 años que tengo unas 3 veces los he llamado, me encanta la nueva manager que tienen muy amable, muy gentil y responsable, de La joya
