La Jolla View

I really like this community. The move-in process was smooth and organized. The property is clean, and well lit. The kitchens have an island and a pantry. The staff is kind, responsive and available. I highly recommend this place for your next move.

Love this community! Apartments are updated and look modern. Layout is very practical. Love the kitchen island and lots of storage cabinets. Managers Angel and Jamie are very friendly and helpful! The leasing process was very efficient and easy. Maintenance guy Juan responses to service requests quickly. Designated parking space is convenient. 5 stars hands down!

This property is amazing! Jamie and Angel are super helpful and always there when you need something. Juan from maintenance is so kind, and Ray, although new, has provided a warm experience every time I have quickly interacted with her. The area is gorgeous and the apartments are great. he apartments are spacious. Me, my roommate, two cats, and frequent guests never felt cramped in our 1-bedroom. The only minor downside is that if you get a neighbor who likes to run down the stairs, the noise can echo a bit. But honestly, that's apartment living, and even they are some of the sweetest people you'll find. Also, during the hotter months, earwigs do try to sneak inside, but the team does great at spraying and jumps on any issue immediately. Definitely worth it. If we had stayed in the regio

I had nothing but bad experiences at La Jolla View. I couldn’t get my floor clean for 3 years. Black footprints were made the first night I took a shower. I asked Jamie how to clean the floors. She told me to use a soap which didn’t clean the floors My ottomans and bedspread turned black. I had to buy 2-3 new ottomans because they turned black. I had to put towels on my bedspread so my bedspread wouldn’t turn black. She then told me to buy a floor scrubber on Amazon which cost me about $120. . My maid and I tried to use the spin mop floor scrubber but we couldn’t get the floor clean. . After I gave my notice, Jamie alleged I was a racist. She accused me of being a racist by emails she received. I’m not a racist. I have 3 black nephews and 2 nephews of Syrian descent whom I adore. He

I absolutely love living here. Jamie, Angel and Juan are the best leasing staff/maintenance team I've come across in my history of renting. They truly care about their residents and it shows in how clean and maintained the community is!
